Ans: It is noteworthy to mention here that the respondent has filed false complaint of dowry against petitioner and there was no evidence  against it and it is an offence under section 182 and section 211 of IPC. The date of marriage of petitioner and respondent is 23rd February, 2013 and the date of separation of petitioner and respondent is 24th August, 2018.

As per the affidavit filed by respondent, the respondent has shown all her expenses i.e., yearly clothes expenses, monthy food expenses, monthly medical expenses, monthly personal and household expenses, monthly general utility expenses, monthly conveyance expenses, monthly maid expenses, Jwellery expenses and Parlour expenses.

The Qualification of respondent is BBA, B.ed, MBA and respondent is post graduate as per her mentioned qualification.
