QOL 4: Whether the Hon’ble High Court has not failed to consider the documents submitted by the petitioner to prove that the respondent has made false allegations on him whereas it is mentioned in citation of Rajnesh V. Neha that all the documentary evidence will be submitted to court and it is also mentioned that the wife will not get maintenance if she is well abled body and well-educated to work. The respondent has cheated and made false allegations on petitioner only to get maintenance in consonance with petitioner.
