Q: Discuss the citation of Naveen Kohli V. Neelu Kohli ?

Ans: In the citation of Naveen Kohli V. Neelu Kohli on 21 March, 2006, Bench: B. N. Agrawal,A. K. Mathur and Dalveer Bhandari ,  the irretrievable breakdown of marriage was discussed and according to the above case law, the irretrievable marriage is the marriage which can not be rectified. It is the judgement of Supreme Court which was given in 2006. Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act is related to divorce and in this section there is no provision of irretrievable breakdown of marriage.  The honuorable Supreme Court ordered Central Government to make law regarding irretrievable breakdown of marriage in Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
There must be statutory provision in Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in regard to irretrievable breakdown of marriage.
