 Ans: In this citation, the husband told that her wife was of unsound mind and thus she made cruelty with him.The court rejected the contention of husband that he must get divorce due to fraud and unsoundness of mind but court realized that wife was cruel towards her husband and the wife was also pregnant at that time, thus court dismissed the grant of divorce.
